The Intellectual Property Court is a standing judicial organ of the Supreme People's Court located in Beijing, which primarily hears cases on appeal over patent and other intellectual property rights involving professional technologies throughout the country.
The Intellectual Property Court established by the Supreme People’s Court, was formally inaugurated on Jan 1, 2019.
